About
Heather joined the Group in 2006 and is a Senior Fund Coordinator in the Mercia Business Loans team, providing key support to both the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II and the Midlands Engine Investment Fund II.
Working alongside the investment teams, she coordinates the investment process from application through to completion and beyond, including due diligence and post-completion actions. She also monitors portfolio companies during the Fund’s involvement, takes ownership of quarterly reporting to Fund investors, and plans and supports client fund audits.
Previous experience
With 20 years at the Group, Heather has in-depth knowledge of fund administration and the full investment process, from first application through to investor reporting.
She holds a qualification in Business Studies and Administration.
